We accept returns in the following cases, providing only that the return request is issued within three days of the delivery date:
In case you received an item that was severly damaged (e.g during shipping) . We will fully refund your payment and pay the cost to re-send the item to us. You can opt to have the refunds in cash or in store credit.
In case the order was mis-delivered (e.g different colors or item count). We offer either to replace the order or compensate the difference with the appropriate store credit.
In a case other than the listed above, the return will require Yadawii approval to be valid, we will offer store credit equivilant to the item's price after deducting the shipping cost (from the customer to Yadawii). However, items in Apparel and Candles categories cannot be returned.
